Ninja Class

Ninja Ages 3 & up!
Students starting at 3 years old. They will be learning body control, and discipline. While using all the athleticism of a gymnastics class, and all the excitement of a freestyle class. Your child learns the ways of a Ninja while having fun and getting exercise.
- Our dynamic Ninja program is divided into four core skill areas: Swinging (like a Ninja Warrior!), Rolling (for safety and agility), Running (inspired by Parkour), and Flipping (showcasing acrobatic prowess).
- Each area has specific skills ninjas must master to level up. To track their progress and stay motivated, our students proudly display their achievements on their special ‘Ninja Sleeves,’ which they customize with earned badges and markers.
- Mastering these skills requires consistent practice, which can sometimes feel repetitive. To keep things exciting and challenging, we introduce ‘Ninja Challenges’ that focus on developing broader ninja abilities, such as speed, strength, and balance. These challenges ensure that every class is an engaging and rewarding experience.
